Staff Stress Management Resources

To truely reduce stress you must take a multifaceted approach. What are you eating? Are you being active? Are you getting enough sleep? How do you let go of things you have no control of?

Fortunately there are many resources out there to help reduce stress. There are meditation and yoga studios in the area, there are podcasts for download, our health insurance provides many services to help address and reduce stress. 


Invest EAP

INVEST EAP is a resource available to Colchester School District staff and family members. Invest EAP is funded through the district's health insurance, Blue Cross and Blue Shield. This program offers comprehensive, customized employee assistance services that promote the health and well-being of employees and the organizations we serve. Our program has been demonstrated to reduce employee stress, and increase workplace morale and productivity. We provide confidential personalized counseling, organizational and management consultation, training, and resource information in a prompt and professional manner.
